Physiotherapy is both an art and science, dedicated to changing how you move and function for the better.
Our first home visit starts with assessment. We do a detailed musculoskeletal exam, analyzing the impact of the injury, disease, or disorder. Then together we set your goals and a treatment plan that will get you there, incorporating practices based on the best current research evidence and our clinical expertise.
Our treatment interventions may include hands-on manual joint mobilization, dry needling, myofascial techniques, nerve mobilization, both active and passive stretching, and exercise therapy (a lot can happen at home between sessions, you are an active participant in your treatment with physio).
Our goal is to change your mobility and function for the better– helping you to move better, with less pain; and to get you back doing the things you love.
