Courtney graduated from Dalhousie University in 2018 with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy. Preceding her MScPT, Courtney received a BSc in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University in 2015.

Courtney grew up playing a variety of competitive sports, which fostered an interest in the connection between the human body, physical function and human movement. This interest organically lead to her pursuing a career in Physiotherapy. Today, Courtney uses her background in competitive sports to aid in building sport specific exercise programs. Whether you need to improve your speed, agility, power, flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, endurance or accuracy, Courtney will ensure you are provided with sport specific programs personalized and tailored to improve your performance and prevent future injuries.

Courtney has continued her passion for sports and is currently a member of Toronto Sport and Social Club playing a variety of sports including soccer, softball and beach volleyball. Courtney is also an avid hockey player and a true Toronto sports fan (Go Leafs!)

Courtney’s treatment philosophy encourages patients to be active participants in their rehabilitation by providing them the knowledge, guidance and resources to ensure long term resolution of a wide array of injuries and conditions. Courtney believes the right combination of exercise therapy, education and alternative interventions such as electrical modalities, therapeutic taping, dry needling, etc., is the key to rehabilitation success.

Courtney is trained in Dry Needling to treat a variety of musculoskeletal, myofascial syndromes and soft tissue injuries. Courtney has also completed her Level 1 Neurokinetic Therapy, aimed at treating and correcting dysfunctional movement patterns. Additionally, Courtney has also completed the Level 1 Manual Therapy Course and will be continuing her post-graduate education with enrolment in courses to further improve and build upon her clinical skills and intervention techniques.

Carly graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Prior to this, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Western University. Carly has also completed post-graduate training in acupuncture, dry needling, and pelvic health physiotherapy.

Growing up, Carly participated in several sports including soccer, gymnastics, and long-distance running, which unfortunately led to various injuries. Therefore, she is empathetic of her clients and is passionate about helping them return to the activities that they love! Carly’s approach incorporates education, manual therapy, and individualized exercise programs to assist clients in achieving their unique goals.

Wendi has been working in private practice for over 20 years, treating a wide variety of orthopaedic conditions. She has extensive experience and a passion for treating clients pre- and post-op following joint replacement surgery and follows clients in home and in clinic.
